体育用碳纤维合成材料的改性与性能分析

本次研究通过氧化短切碳纤维对碳纤维织物/环氧树脂复合材料加以改性处理,制备出层间剪切强度更高的碳纤维复合材料.通过机械试验机来测试该材料的层间剪切强度,并通过微观形貌观测和比表面积测试等方法来解释改性碳纤维复合材料层间剪切强度提升的具体原因.经实验研究发现,本次研究所提出的氧化短切碳纤维改性策略能够使碳纤维织物/环氧树脂复合材料的层间剪切强度得到显著提升.
Modification and Performance of Carbon Fiber Synthetic Materials for Sports
In order to further improve the mechanical properties of carbon fiber composites for sports equipment,carbon fiber fabric/epoxy resin composites were modified by oxidizing chopped carbon fibers to prepare carbon fiber composites with higher interlaminar shear strength.The interlaminar shear strength of the material was tested by mechanical testing machine,and the specific reasons for the increase of interlaminar shear strength of modified carbon fiber composites were explained by means of micro morphology observation and specific surface area measurement.Through experimental research,it is found that the oxidation chopped carbon fiber modification strategy proposed in this study can significantly improve the interlaminar shear strength of carbon fiber fabric/epoxy resin composites.
