车内饰用有机硅塑料材料性能

摘要
汽车内饰是重要的塑料产品开发方向之一.本文针对汽车内饰常用的有机硅塑料、PU、PVC等进行耐久性和卫生性能分析.结果表明,与PU、PVC相比,有机硅塑料在使用手感、耐老化性、抗污性等方面具有较为突出的优势,在生产成本降低后可以更好地代替传统汽车内饰材料.
Abstract
Automotive interior is one of the important development directions of plastic products.This paper analyzed the durability and hygienic properties of silicone plastics,PU and PVC commonly used in automotive interior.The results show that compared with PU and PVC,the silicone plastics prepared in this paper for automotive interior has prominent advantages in terms of tactile feel,aging resistance,and stain resistance,and can better replace the traditional automotive interior leather considering the production cost reduction.
