摘要
本文分析了当前塑料包装企业的发展困境,并尝试通过发展循环经济、增加污染治理等措施,构建塑料包装企业绿色发展的新模式.技术创新、产业升级、开发新型材料是塑料包装企业摆脱融资约束和财税处罚的重要渠道.绿色财税政策能够对生态建设和经济发展之间的关系进行有效协调,对于塑料包装企业的绿色转型具有重要指导作用.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the current development difficulties of plastic packaging enterprises,and attempts to construct a new model for green development of plastic packaging enterprises through measures such as developing circular economy and increasing pollution control.Technological innovation,industrial upgrading,and the development of new materials are important channels for plastic packaging enterprises to break free from financing constraints and financial and tax penalties.Green fiscal and tax policies can effectively coordinate the relationship between ecological construction and economic development,and play an important guiding role in the green transformation of plastic packaging enterprises.
