体育器械用复合材料防老剂的制备与性能分析

摘要
由N-苯基对苯二胺、二月桂酸二丁基锡、异硫氰酸烯丙酯等材料制备出一种反应型多功能橡胶防老剂,通过无转子硫化仪针对新型防老剂对于SBR/SiO2 复合材料的硫化效果进行测试,发现该材料相比于PPD、4010NA等体育器材领域中常用的防老剂更加有助于缩短SBR/SiO2 复合材料的焦烧时间并延长正硫化时间,强化复合材料的交联反应.
Abstract
A reactive multifunctional rubber antioxidant was prepared by n-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine,dibutyltin dilaurate,allyl isothiocyanate and other materials in this study.The vulcanization process of SBR/SiO2 composites was optimized by this new antioxidant,the vulcanization promotion mechanism of which for SBR/SiO2 composites was introduced in detail.Finally,the vulcanization effect of this new antioxidant on SBR/SiO2 composites was tested by a rotatorless vulcanizer.It was found that the composite material was more helpful to shorten the scorch time and prolong the positive vulcanization time of SBR/SiO2 composites than the antioxidant commonly used in the field of sports equipment such as PPD and 4010NA,strengthen the cross-linking reaction of the composites.
