Two-Step Preparation of Silane Cross-linking Polyethylene
It is necessary to optimize the modification of polyethylene,improve its heat resistance through chemical and physical methods,so that it can have more advantages and better mechanical properties,so as to achieve a wide range of applications in the field of sports equipment.At present,the most commonly used polyethylene modification process is cross-linking modification,especially the two-step silane cross-linking modification process,which can not only promote the modified polyethylene to present a three-dimensional network structure,but effectively improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of materials.Based on this,the silane crosslinking modification process of polyethylene is briefly summarized,and the modified polyethylene used in sports equipment field is prepared by its two-step process,and then the practical application of the modified polyethylene in sports equipment field is analyzed in detail.
