摘要
本文以大数据时代为背景,通过构建人力资源管理模块类型,详细分析了大数据对塑料助剂企业人力资源管理的影响,针对性提出了一些科学合理的人力资源管理方法,以期为塑料助剂企业适应行业竞争提供有利帮助.
Abstract
This paper takes the era of big data as the background,constructs human resource management module types,and analyzes in detail the impact of big data on the human resource management of plastic additive enterprises.On this basis,targeted scientific and reasonable human resource management methods are proposed to provide favorable help for plastic additive enterprises to adapt to industry competition.
