薄壁注塑聚丙烯专用料的结构与性能分析

采用多种分析测试方法,对市场上常见的3种薄壁注塑聚丙烯(PP)专用料的熔融结晶性能、相对分子质量分布、力学性能等进行了分析研究.结果表明,在成核体系作用相同的情况下,PP2产品的结晶性能稍优于K1870和PP1产品,3种产品的宏观力学性能表现相近,可满足大型薄壁注塑制品的生产要求,K1870和PP2产品表现出更好的流动性,更有利于下游制品加工过程.
Structure and Properties of Special Materials for Thin-Wall Injection Molded Polypropylene
The melting crystallization property,molecular weight distribution and mechanical properties of three kinds of high melt flow rate thin-wall injection molded polypropylene(PP)samples were studied by various analytical methods.The results showed that the crystallization performance of PP2 was slightly better than that of K1870 and PP1 under the same nucleation system.The macroscopic mechanical properties of the three products were similar,which could meet the production requirements of large thin-wall injection molding products.K1870 and PP2 showed better fluidity,which was more conducive to downstream processing.
