摘要
2,5-呋喃二甲酸酯系增塑剂属于绿色无毒生物基增塑剂,具有替代邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的巨大潜力.文章综述了增塑剂的增塑机理,介绍了聚氯乙烯用2,5-呋喃二甲酸酯系小分子增塑剂、2,5-呋喃二甲酸系聚合物增塑剂、2,5-呋喃二甲酸酯系增塑剂复配的研究现状,其中2,5-呋喃二甲酸酯系小分子增塑剂的研究最多.文章对其具体类型、合成方法、技术效果等进行了介绍,并基于现有研究进展,对其发展前景进行了展望.
Abstract
2,5-furan dicarboxylates plasticizers are non-toxic green plasticizers,which have shown the potential to substitute the phthalate plasticizers.This paper reviewed the mechanism of the plasticizers,and then introduced the small molecular 2,5-furan dicarboxylates plasticizers,the polymeric plasticizer obtained from 2,5-furan dicarboxylates and the compositions of 2,5-furan dicarboxylates plasticizers combined with the other plasticizers.We should pay great attentions on the small molecular 2,5-furan dicarboxylates plasticizers.The classification,synthetic process,and technical effect were also introduced.Finally,based on the existed research progress,the applications and the promising directions were prospected.
