液体钙锌稳定剂在聚氯乙烯塑料加工中的应用

检验液体钙锌稳定剂在聚氯乙烯塑料加工中的可用性.利用实验室两辊塑炼机和转矩流变仪对稳定剂进行热稳定性评价,并与市售同类型产品进行比较.结果表明液体钙锌稳定剂在硬质聚氯乙烯塑料加工中,8 min样片的黄度值在30左右;而在软质塑料中,24 min的样片黄度值小于5,且透明度高.此外,在同等条件下,液体钙锌1#样品塑化速率较快,为14.2 Nm/min,最小扭矩为11.8 Nm,最大扭矩为15.7 Nm,平衡扭矩低,产品润滑性较好,加工能耗低,证明液体钙锌稳定剂在聚氯乙烯加工中具有较强的适用性,特别是透明软质塑料加工.
Application of Liquid Calcium and Zinc Stabilizer in PVC Plastic Processing
To test the availability of liquid calcium and zinc stabilizer in PVC plastic processing.The thermal stability of the stabilizer was evaluated by using the laboratory two-roll plastic mixer and torque rheometer,and compared with the commercially available similar products.The results show that the yellowing value in 8 minutes of liquid calcium-zinc stabilizer in hard PVC plastics is about 30,while in soft plastics,the yellowing value in 24 minutes is less than 5 and the transparency is high.In addition,under the same conditions,the plasticizing rate of liquid calcium and zinc 1# sample is fast,14.2 Nm/min,the minimum torque is 11.8Nm,the maximum torque is 15.7Nm,low balance torque,good product lubricity,low processing energy consumption,proving that liquid calcium and zinc stabilizer has strong applicability in polyvinyl chloride processing,especially transparent soft plastic processing.
