含磷阻燃型大豆油基多元醇的合成及性能研究

以环氧大豆油(ESO)为起始原料,将苯基膦酸为开环剂制备了含磷大豆油基多元醇Polyol-PPOA.通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁(1HNMR、31P NMR)、化学分析滴定、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、黏度测试对大豆油基多元醇Polyol-PPOA的化学结构和物性参数(羟值、相对分子质量和黏度)进行了表征.FTIR结果显示在845 cm-1、826 cm-1处ESO中环氧基团特征吸收峰的消失,且在3 423 cm-1处—OH伸缩振动峰和在1 170(1 180)cm-1处P=O特征峰的出现,证实了合成Polyol-PPOA的分子结构.物性测试结果表明,Polyol-PPOA羟值为112.86 mg/g(以KOH计),Mn和Mw分别为1 833Da和3 110g/mol,黏度高于环氧大豆油,且随着温度的升高黏度逐渐降低.
Synthesis and Properties of Flame Retardant soybean Oil-based Polyol containing Phosphorus
In this paper,phosphorus containing soybean oil-based polyol-PPOA was prepared with epoxidized soybean oil(ESO)as a starting material and phenyl phosphonic acid as a ring opening agent.The chemical structure and physical parameters(hydroxyl value,molecular weight and viscosity)of soybean oil-based polyol PPOA were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR,31P NMR),chemical analysis and titration,gel permeation chromatography(GPC),and viscosity test.The FTIR results showed that the characteristic absorption peak of epoxy group in ESO disappeared at 845 cm-1 to 1 826 cm-1,and the characteristic peak of P=O appeared at 3 432 cm-1 and 1 170(1180)cm-1,which confirmed the molecular structure of polyol PPOA.The physical property test results showed that the hydroxyl value of polyol PPOA was 112.86 mg/g(KOH),Mn and Mw were 1 833 Da and 3 110 g/mol,respectively,and the viscosity was higher than that of epoxidized soybean oil and gradually decreased with the increase of temperature.
