摘要
建立一种高效液相色谱法测定复合助剂中抗氧剂1024、1010、1330和168的含量.采用AgilentODS-C18色谱柱,4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm.以甲醇-水作为流动相,流速为1.2 mL/min,柱温40℃;检测波长为275 nm;进样体积为10μL.实验重现性、精密度良好、实验回收率达99%~101%,效果良好.该方法具有操作简单、结果准确、重现性好等特点,适用于复合助剂中抗氧剂1024、1010、1330和168含量的测定.
Abstract
The high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method is established to determine the contents of antioxidants(1024,1010,1330 and 168)in compound additives.AgilentODS-C18(4.6 mm× 150 mm,5 μm)was adopted with the mobile phase of methanol-water at a flow rate of 1.2 mL/min.The column temperature was at 40 ℃.The detection wavelengths was at 275 nm.The injection volume was 10 μL.Through experiments including reproducibility,precision,and recovery rate(99-101%),this method is found to be simple,accurate and reproducible,and be suitable for determining the contents of antioxidants 1024,1010,1330 and 168 in composite additives.
