摘要

筛选一种增韧组分,该组分能显著提高以无规共聚聚丙烯树脂为基材的透明聚丙烯注塑料的抗冲击性能,简支梁缺口冲击强度(23℃)提高30%~50%,但同时也降低了树脂的刚性和透明性能.为了确保材料的刚韧平衡性能,重点优化了增韧组分的添加量,其添加量在2%~3%范围内,研制的透明聚丙烯专用料的简支梁缺口冲击强度(23 ℃)为6 kJ/m2左右,弯曲模量在1 000 MPa以上,雾度为10%左右,经过下游加工企业应用试验证明,该料的加工性能较好,生产的塑料制品综合力学性能及光学性能完全满足其出厂要求.

Abstract

Screening a toughening component that can significantly improve the impact resistance of transparent polypropylene injection plastics with random copolymerized polypropylene resinas as matrix.It improves the charpy notched impact strength(23 ℃)by 30-50%,but also reduces the rigidity and transparency performance of the resin.In order to ensure the stiffness and toughness balance performance of the material.Focus on optimizing the amount of toughened components,the addition is within the range of 2-3 wt%,the charpy notched impact strength(23 ℃)of the transparent polypropylene special material is about 6 kJ/m2,the bending modulus is above 1 000 MPa,the fog is about 10%.After the application test in the downstream processing enterprises,the processing performance is good,the comprehensive mechanical properties and optical properties of the production of plastic products fully meet the factory requirements.
