智能体育器械高分子电磁屏蔽材料的制备与性能分析

为验证气凝胶电磁屏蔽材料的电磁屏蔽性能,研究采用二端口矢量网络分析仪对其电磁屏蔽性能进行测试.发现当Fe3O4和MWCNTs两种材料的质量分数为40时,该材料在8.2 GHz处的SEA和SET分别达到了 36.6 dB和43.6dB,且SEA对于气凝胶材料的电磁屏蔽贡献占主导地位,有助于降低材料内部的二次电磁污染.本研究采用一种以二维材料为基体、以多壁碳纳米管为高导电填料、以氧化铁为磁性填料的多孔MWCNTs/Fe3O4/Ti3C2TxMXene气凝胶电磁屏蔽材料,有一定的市场前瞻性.
Preparation and Performance Analysis of Polymer Electromagnetic Shielding Materials for Intelligent Sports Equipment
In order to verify the electromagnetic shielding performance of aerogel electromagnetic shielding materials,a two-port vector network analyzer was used to test the electromagnetic shielding performance,and it was found that when the mass fraction of Fe3O4 and MWCNTs was 40%,the SEA and SET at 8.2 GHz reached 36.6 dB and 43.6 dB,respectively.The contribution of SEA to electromagnetic shielding of aerogel materials is dominant,which helps to reduce the secondary electromagnetic pollution inside the materials.In order to improve the electromagnetic shielding ability of intelligent sports equipment for internal electronic components,a porous MWCNTs/Fe3O4/Ti3C2TxMXeneaerogel electromagnetic shielding material with two-dimensional material as matrix,multi-walled carbon nanotubes as a high conductivity filler and iron oxide as a magnetic filler was proposed.
