Preparation and Performance Analysis of Polymer Electromagnetic Shielding Materials for Intelligent Sports Equipment
In order to verify the electromagnetic shielding performance of aerogel electromagnetic shielding materials,a two-port vector network analyzer was used to test the electromagnetic shielding performance, and it was found that when the mass fraction of Fe3O4 and MWCNTs was 40%,the SEA and SET at 8.2 GHz reached 36.6 dB and 43.6 dB,respectively. The contribution of SEA to electromagnetic shielding of aerogel materials is dominant, which helps to reduce the secondary electromagnetic pollution inside the materials. In order to improve the electromagnetic shielding ability of intelligent sports equipment for internal electronic components,a porous MWCNTs/Fe3O4/Ti3C2TxMXeneaerogel electromagnetic shielding material with two-dimensional material as matrix,multi-walled carbon nanotubes as a high conductivity filler and iron oxide as a magnetic filler was proposed.
