摘要

本文主要从阻燃聚氯乙烯电线绝缘材料制备以及应用性能两方面进行研究,发现PPTA材料对于提升PVC材料热稳定性、阻燃性等方面具有较好的效果.采用配方PVC 27.5 g,芳纶14 142.5 g,硬脂酸0.45 g,偶联剂0.18 g时,样品的拉伸强度以及断裂伸长率分别为68.9 MPa、255%;极限氧气指数值达到43.6%;最大质量损失温度在650 ℃,质量保留率超过35%,力学性能、阻燃性能、热稳定性达到最优.

Abstract

In this paper,we mainly study the preparation and application performance of flame retardant PVC wire insulation materials,and find that PPTA materials have good effects on enhancing the thermal stability and flame retardancy of PVC materials.When the formula PVC 27.5 g,arylon 14 142.5 g,stearic acid 0.45 g,coupling agent 0.18 g,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the sample are 68.9 MPa and 255%,respectively;The maximum oxygen index value reaches 43.6%;The maximum mass loss temperature is 650 ℃,and the mass retention rate exceeds 35%.The mechanical properties,flame retardancy,and thermal stability are optimized.
