摘要
随着人们对塑料制品需求量的增加,塑料行业已成为当前世界最大产业之一,污染物排放问题日益严重.挥发性有机污染物(VOCs)作为塑料生产中常见的污染物,主要包括碳氢化合物、含氧有机化合物及醚、酚类有机化合物等,对人体和环境存在潜在威胁.VOCs在线监测设备由烟气采集与预处理、VOCs气体分析组成,在防治塑料行业大气污染中发挥着重要作用,可以实时监测环境中VOCs浓度,有效提高VOCs收集率和去除率,指导企业完善和实施VOCs废气治理方案,推动塑料化工领域环保设施的运行与管理,具有重要的环保和工业应用价值.
Abstract
With the increasing demand for plastic products,the plastic industry has become one of the largest industries all over the world,but the resulted pollutant emissions is becoming increasingly serious.VOCs,as common pollutants in plastic production,mainly include hydrocarbons,oxygen-containing organic compounds,ethers,phenolic organic compounds,etc.,will surely pose potential threats to human health and the environment.The online VOCs-monitoring equipment,consisting of smoke collection and pretreatment,and VOCs gas analysis,plays an important role in preventing and controlling air pollution in the plastic industry.It can monitor the real-time concentration of VOCs in the environment,effectively improving the collection and removal rates of VOCs.By guiding enterprises to improve and implement VOCs waste gas treatment plans,it can help promote the operation and management of environmental protection facilities in the plastic chemical industry,which has important environmental and industrial application value.
