桥梁用橡胶支座的老化及研究方法研究进展

橡胶支座具有良好的弹性和柔软性、较好的形变适应性、优异的载荷传递能力、出色的防水绝缘能力且自重较低,在桥梁工程中被广泛地代替铸钢支座使用.虽然橡胶支座的应用越来越广泛,但也存在极端高温或低温条件下的变形或硬化、承载能力有限以及老化和耐久性问题.本文介绍了目前用于橡胶支座老化研究方法的成果,在此基础上,指出了当前橡胶桥梁支座老化研究中存在的问题并指出了未来的发展方向.
Research Progress of Aging Mechanism and Its Research Methods for Rubber Bearings for Bridges
Rubber bearings with low self-weight are widely used as a substitute for cast steel bearings in bridge engineering due to their excellent performance such as elasticity and flexibility,deformation adaptability,load transmission,waterproof insulation,and so on.Although their application is becoming increasingly widespread,there are some issues to solve like deformation or hardening,limited bearing capacity,aging,durability,etc.especially under extremely high or low temperatures.This paper examines the possible aging mechanism of rubber bearings,summarizes the achievements of current research methods on aging of rubber bearings,highlights the existing problems in the current aging research of rubber bearing for bridges,and provides the perspective for its future development.
