摘要
本文对国家强制性标准《婴幼儿用奶瓶和奶嘴》GB 38995-2020的材质及结构要求、部件要求检测项目、系统性能要求检测项目、奶瓶瓶身要求检测等重要指标进行解读,并与欧盟的婴幼儿饮用器具标准EN 14350-1:2004进行对比,分析两者之间的差异.希望GB 38995-2020标准的发布能提升我国婴幼儿奶瓶和奶嘴的质量水平,规范行业,同时该标准的发布也为食品相关产品监管提供了依据.
Abstract
At present,the General Administration of Market Supervision(the National Standards Commission)has issued the national mandatory standard Infant Feeding Bottles and Teats GB 38995-2020.This paper interprets important indicators in this standard such as the material and structure requirements,the components requirements test items,the system performance requirements test items,the bottle body requirements tests,and so on.Comparing GB 38995-2020 with the EU standard EN 14350-1:2004,the differences between them are also discussed in detail.It is hoped that the release of GB 38995-2020 can not only improve the quality level of infant feeding bottles and teats in China but also standardize the industry.At the same time,this standard also provides a basis for the supervision of food-related products.
