摘要
从拉伸断面微观形貌、力学性能和热性能三方面对改性聚氨酯-环氧树脂复合材料的性能做详细分析.介绍了聚氨酯增韧改性环氧树脂的机理,以及改性聚氨酯-环氧树脂复合材料的分类.总结了每种分类的制备方法,分析了其优点,梳理了改性聚氨酯-环氧树脂浇注体的制备流程.
Abstract
To analyze the properties of modified polyurethane-epoxy resin composites in detail from the micro-morphology,mechanical properties and thermal properties of tensile section.The mechanism of polyurethane toughening modified epoxy resin was analyzed,and the classification of modified polyurethane-epoxy resin composites was summarized.The preparation method of each classification was summarized,its advantages were analyzed,and the preparation process of polyurethane modified epoxy resin castable was reviewed.In order to promote the application of modified polyurethane-epoxy resin composites in sports fitness equipment.
