摘要
随着塑料医疗废弃物的产生量日益增加,循环利用塑料医疗废弃物已成为一个重要的环保课题.塑料医疗废弃物具有难降解、高危险性和专业性处置等特点,其流失、扩散会对人体健康和生态环境造成严重影响.基于效益最大化加强塑料医疗废弃物循环利用,可以减少其对生态环境的影响,节约塑料生产成本,促进资源循环利用.但当前医疗废弃物存在处理技术落后,市场循环利用体系不健全、监督管理机制漏洞多等问题,需要相关机构加强塑料医疗废物循环利用技术研发,优化市场循环体系,设计闭环式废弃物循环利用环节,不断提升塑料医疗废弃物环保卫生水平.
Abstract
The recycling of plastic medical wastes with increasing amount has become an important environmental issue.Plastic medical wastes has the characteristics of difficult degradation,high risk,and professional disposal;Its loss and spread will have serious impacts on human health and the ecological environment.Strengthening the recycling of plastic medical wastes based on maximizing benefits can reduce its impact on the ecological environment,save plastic production costs,and promote resource recycling.However,there are currently problems with outdated treatment technologies,incomplete market recycling systems,and numerous loopholes in supervision and management mechanisms for medical wastes.This requires relevant institutions to strengthen the research and development of plastic recycling technology of medical wastes,optimize the market recycling system,design closed-loop waste recycling links,and continuously improve the environmental protection and hygiene level of plastic medical wastes.
