摘要
循环经济背景下,塑料产业必须加快转型升级,缓解塑料废弃物带来的污染物问题,优化产业资源配置,从单一线性发展模式转为循环可持续发展模式.因此,塑料产业必须高度重视产品生产原料减量化,加大新材料、新技术研发力度,设计可重复利用的高品质塑料产品,同时借助现代信息技术不断完善废塑料回收再利用体系,实现塑料产业资源循环,缓解当前社会面临的严峻环境危机和资源危机.
Abstract
In the context of circular economy,the plastic industry must accelerate its transformation and upgrading,alleviate the pollution problems caused by plastic waste,optimize the allocation of industrial resources,and shift from a single linear development model to a circular sustainable development model.Therefore,the plastic industry must attach great importance to reducing production sources,increasing research and development efforts in new materials and technologies,and designing high-quality recyclable plastic products.At the same time,modern information technology should be utilized to continuously improve the recycling and reuse system of waste plastics,achieve resource recycling in the plastic industry,and alleviate the severe environmental and resource crises currently faced by society.
