肌浆网钙泵调节肽的研究进展

摘要
肌浆网钙泵(sarco/endoplasmic reticulum calcium adenosine triphosphatase,SERCA)位于肌浆网膜,通过逆浓度差将胞浆中钙离子回收入肌浆网,维持胞浆钙离子水平稳定,是多种疾病防治的靶点.受磷蛋白、sarcolipin、肌调素和短小开放阅读框架(dwarf open reading frame,DWORF)是目前发现的SERCA调节多肽.其中受磷蛋白和sarcolipin已早被大家认识,我们将对其研究进展进行综述.而肌调素和DWORF均是最近对长链非编码RNA转录本进行编码区筛选后新发现的、开放性阅读框架短小的功能性微肽,我们将对其生物学作用进行综述.
Abstract
Sarco/endoplasmic reticulum calcium adenosine triphosphatase (SERCA) is located at the sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR).It reuptakes cytosolic Ca2+ through the power of differential concentration to maintain cytoplasm calcium level,which is the target to control and prevent a variety of diseases.Phospholamban (PLB),sarcolipin (SLN),myoregulin (MLN),dwarf open reading frame (DWORF) are currently found as SERCA regulating peptides.Phospholamban and sarcolipin have been known earlier,we will summarize their research progresses.MLN and DWORF are recently discovered by selecting long noncoding RNA transcription.They are functional micro peptides with the short open reading frame.We will review on their biological effects.
