同型半胱氨酸参与动脉粥样硬化发生发展的研究进展

同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)被视为动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)的独立危险因素.本文从内皮细胞(endothelial cells,ECs)、巨噬细胞和血管平滑肌细胞(vascular smooth muscle cells,VSMCs)几个方面综述Hcy影响AS的相关机制,同时总结Hcy的生理病理意义及降低Hcy浓度的治疗措施,旨在概述目前Hcy与AS的相关研究进展,为临床上改善AS、防治Hcy相关性疾病提供新的思路.
Research progress of homocysteine involved in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis
Homocysteine is considered as an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis.This paper reviews the mechanism of homocysteine effect on atherosclerosis from the aspects of endothelial cells,macrophages and vascular smooth muscle cells,and summarizes the physiological function of homocysteine and the therapeutic measures to reduce homocysteine concentration.This paper aims to summarize the research progress of homocysteine and atherosclerosis,and provide new ideas for clinical improvement of atherosclerosis and prevention and treatment of homocysteine-related diseases.
