表观遗传因素是生物学和病理机制的关键调节因子,它们可以与不同的分子通路相互作用.长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)作为表观遗传因子通过靶向调控微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)及相关信号通路,在结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)中发挥促癌或抑癌作用.因此,根据特定的lncRNA/miRNA相互作用,明确lncRNA-miRNA轴对于CRC的诊断、预后及精准靶向策略具有重要价值.本文就lncRNA-miRNA轴在CRC增殖、迁移、侵袭和治疗抗性中的作用及机制进行总结与讨论.
Role of lncRNA-miRNA axis in colorectal cancer progression and therapy resistance
Epigenetic factors are key regulators of biological and pathological mechanisms,and they can interact with different molecular pathways.As epigenetic factors,long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)play a role in promoting or suppressing colorectal cancer(CRC)by targeting microRNA(miRNA)and related signaling pathways.Therefore,it is of great value to clarify the lncRNA-miRNA axis according to the specific lncRNA/miRNA interactions for the diagnosis,prognosis and precise targeting strategy of CRC.This article summarizes and discusses the role and mechanism of lncRNA-miRNA axis in the proliferation,metastasis,invasion and therapy resistance of CRC.
