Mesenchymal stem cell exosomes undergo different signaling pathways to regulate in regulating bone metabolism
Mesenchymal stem cell exosomes(MSC-EXOs)are vesicles released from mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)with paracrine effects.MSC-EXOs can mediate cell-to-cell communication by delivering cytokines to regulate the cellular behavior of recipient cells.At present,many studies have found that MSC-EXOs can regulate bone metabolism by transmitting cytokines to intervene in bone metabolism-related signaling pathways.In this review,the research progress of the main signaling pathways of mesenchymal stem cell exosomes in regulating bone metabolism is reviewed,and the roles of important cytokines in exosomes are discussed,aiming to find new therapeutic targets for MSC-EXOs in the treatment of bone metabolism-related diseases.
