Tumor microenvironment-mediated drug resistance in targeted treatment of melanoma
Melanoma is a highly malignant skin tumor, and its incidence rate is rising all over the world.Despite the rapid development of targeted therapy in recent years, drug resistance is still a major obstacle and a major problem to be solved urgently.More and more studies have shown that tumor microenvironment participates in the occurrence and development of melanoma through various mechanisms, providing favorable conditions for mediating melanoma drug resistance. Therefore, the study of relevant mechanisms is helpful to find a plan to reverse melanoma drug resistance. This paper reviews the mechanism of action of fibroblasts, lymphocytes, macrophages, keratinocytes, fat cells, dendritic cells, etc.on drug resistance in targeted therapy for melanoma in the tumor microenvironment.
