ESDN蛋白在肿瘤中的作用及分子机制

内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞衍生的神经纤毛样蛋白(endothelial cell and smooth muscle cell derived neuropilin like protein,ESDN)是一种新型跨膜蛋白.既往研究表明,ESDN参与血小板源性生长因子、血管内皮生长因子和胰岛素等信号途径介导的血管再生和血管重构.随着研究的不断深入,在多种肿瘤中发现了ESDN的异常表达,ESDN参与肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭、上皮-间质转化、免疫逃逸等过程.本文综述了ESDN在肿瘤中的作用机制和调控网络,为了解及深入研究这一重要跨膜蛋白提供参考.
The role and molecular mechanism of ESDN protein in tumors
Endothelial cell and smooth muscle cell derived neuropilin like protein(ESDN)is a novel transmembrane protein.Previous studies have shown that ESDN is involved in blood vessel regeneration and vascular remodeling mediated by platelet-derived growth factor,vascular endothelial growth factor,and insulin signaling pathways.With the continuous deepening of research,abnormal expression of ESDN has been found in various tumors.ESDN participates in processes such as tumor cell proliferation,migration,invasion,epithelial-mesenchymal transformation,and immune escape,et al.This paper reviews the mechanism and regulatory network of ESDN in tumors,providing a reference for understanding and in-depth research on this important transmembrane protein.
