Researches on the Mechanism of Commodity Forest Redemption Based on the Value Realization of Ecological Products
Based on the survey on the implementation of commercial forests redemption in Fujian Province,the frame-work of the mechanism for commodity forest redemption is constructed from three aspects by using the principle of the value movement logic of ecological products.Firstly,the choice of redemption objects will affect the value recognition/discovery,which is the premise for the mechanism of commercial forest redemption to realize the value of ecological products.Secondly,the determination of the redemption price will affect the value cohesion/lock-in,which is the key to the realization of the val-ue of ecological products purchased by commercial forests.Thirdly,different combinations of government and market will af-fect value creation/transaction and value realization/distribution,which is the key to the realization of the value of ecological products purchased by commercial forests path to value realization.To this end,the government needs to maximize the ecolog-ical value to determine the object and target of the redemption,select the new forest management subject based on the interac-tion between ecology and industry cycle,use the final offer arbitration method to optimize the direct cash compensation incen-tive,select the new forest management subject to complete the transformation of the leading forestry industry,and use differ-ent government-market combinations to realize the value of different types of ecological products so as to enable forest farm-ers to obtain sustainable non-timber income.
