应用型高校"专创融合"的逻辑思路与实践策略

创新创业与专业教育并非割裂的,将创新创业融入专业教育,不仅没有改变大学育人的根本属性,而且有助于实现创新人才的培养目标.目前,应用型高校"专创融合"虽然在理念认知、课程教学、师资队伍、协同平台等方面存在短板,但结合学校的办学定位、"专创融合"的现实发展、党和国家的政策引导,应用型高校可以以培养创新应用型人才为目标导向,通过重塑融合理念、重构课程教学、重组师资队伍、重整平台资源,促进"专创融合"教育发展.
The Logical Thinking and Practical Strategy of"the Integration of Professional Education and Entrepreneurship Education"in Applied Universities
Innovation and entrepreneurship are not separated from professional education.Integrating innovation and en-trepreneurship into professional education not only does not change the fundamental nature of university education,but also helps to achieve the goal of cultivating innovative talents.At present,there are still shortcomings in the concept cognition,teaching system,teaching staff,and collaborative platforms of"the integration of professional education and entrepreneurship education"in applied universities.However,combined with the school's educational positioning,the practical development of"the integration of professional education and entrepreneurship education",and the policy guidance of the Party and the state,applied universities can take cultivating innovative and applied talents as the goal orientation,reshape the integration con-cept,reconstruct the teaching system,restructure the teaching staff,and reorganize platform resources,promoting the develop-ment of"the integration of professional education and entrepreneurship education".
