以魅力工学的评价构造法将沙县小吃店的魅力因子萃取并精简为11项抽象描述、7项原始理由与22项具体事项.针对魅力因子的具体事项进行问卷调查与因素分析,归纳为"文化表征""空间秩序""环境氛围""产品品质"4个魅力维度.沙县小吃店的魅力营造包括:以魅力维度中所包含的魅力因子作为设计指标,重点考虑"沙县小吃技艺传承人""餐台食物摆放有序""面积大""小吃比赛获奖"的展示设计;以抽象描述的魅力因子为宣传内容,优先考虑"正宗""一目了然""历史感"方面的营造;以魅力维度作为宣传方向,通过官方媒体、自媒体等多种平台展开宣传.
A Study on the Attractive Attributes of Shaxian Delicacies Restaurants from the Perspective of Consumer Experience
The attractive factors of Shaxian Delicacies restaurants were extracted through the Evaluation Grid Methods of Miryoku Engineering,and refined into 11 abstract descriptions,7 original reasons,and 22 specific matters.A questionnaire survey and factor analysis were conducted on the specific items of the attractive factors,which were then summarized into four attractive dimensions:"cultural representation,""spatial order,""environmental atmosphere,"and"product quality."The ways to enhancing the attractiveness of Shaxian Deligacies restaurants include:taking the attractive factors within the attrac-tive dimensions as design indicators and focusing on the display design of"Inheritor of Shaxian Delicacies skills","orderly ar-rangement of food on dining tables","large area",and"awards from snack competitions";taking the abstract descriptions of attractive factors as promotional content and prioritizing the creation of"authenticity","clarity,"and"sense of history";taking attractive dimensions as promotion direction,and conducting promotions through various platforms such as official media and self-media.
