摘要
口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)显著加剧了全球癌症负担.越来越多的证据表明,口腔菌群对OSCC的发生发展起着重要作用.牙龈卟啉单胞菌作为成人慢性牙周炎的关键病原体,其致癌作用已被广泛证实.因此,亟须了解牙龈卟啉单胞菌在OSCC中的发病基础.笔者通过收集和评估牙龈卟啉单胞菌参与OSCC发病机制的科学证据,旨在重新认识OSCC微环境中牙龈卟啉单胞菌的生物学表现及作用.
Abstract
Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)has significantly contributed to the global cancer burden.Based on an increasing number of evidence,oral bacteria play an important role in the occurrence and development of OSCC.As a key pathogen of chronic periodontitis,Porphyromonas gingivalis's carcinogenic implications have been widely proven.It is imperative to understand the pathogenic basis of P.gingivalis in OSCC.In the review,we collect and evaluate the scientific shreds of proof on the involvement of P.gingivalis in the molecular mechanism of OSCC in order to reconsider its biological performance and effect.
