摘要
当外源病原体入侵或机体自身发生某种炎症时,中性粒细胞会释放一种类似于纤维网状结构的物质,即中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(neutrophil extracellular traps,NETs).NETs在机体中发挥杀灭病原体及参与免疫应答的生理作用,同时在肿瘤发生发展的不同阶段也发挥着促进肿瘤细胞增殖或远端扩散的作用.本文综述了 NETs的形成、NETs在炎症相关疾病及肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用机制的研究进展,并探讨了 NETs作为靶点的治疗策略.
Abstract
When there is an invasion of foreign pathogens or some kind of inflammation in the organism,neutrophils will release a substance similar to the fibrous network structure,named neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs).NETs play a physiological role in killing pathogens and participating in immune response in the body.At the same time,NETs also play a role in promoting the proliferation or distal diffusion of tumor cells at different stages of tumor development.This review summarizes the formation of NETs,the correlative mechanisms of NETs involved in the inflammation-related diseases and the progression of tumors,and discusses the therapeutic strategies of NETs as targets.
