The Clinical Value of Multislice Spiral CT Image Features in Differentiating Localized Organized Pneumonia from Peripheral Lung Cancer
Objective:To analyze the effect of multi-layer spiral CT images in identifying focal organic pneumonia(FOP)from peripheral lung cancer(PLC).Methods:56 PLC patients(PLC group)and 56 FOP patients(FOP group)admitted from July 2022 to September 2023 will undergo multilayer spiral CT to compare the image characteristics and the CT values before and after enhancement. Results:The differences in lesion location, distribution characteris-tics,pleural,burr,bronchial inflation, tube collection, cavity, calcification, and pleural depression between the two groups(P<0.05),while shape, demarcation with lung tissue, halo features, air bubbles, liquefaction and necrosis, local pleural thickening, and mediastinal lymph node enlargement(P>0.05),and the total CT value in the PLC group were lower than that in the FOP group(P<0.05),and the CT value between the two groups(P>0.05).Con-clusion:The multilayer spiral CT has a significant effect in identifying FOP and PLC,and there are significant differences in the two imaging manifestations. It can accurately identify the patients'condition for doctors and then formulate targeted treatment plan, which is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients and is worth popularizing.
