ClinicalValue of CT and MR1 Diagnosis in Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of CT and MRI in patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods:A total of 97 patients with suspected head injury admitted to Nanjing Lishui District People's Hospital from January 2021 November 2023 were selected and all of them underwent CT and MRI examinations.Taking the comprehen-sive diagnosis results as the gold standard, the diagnostic efficacy of the two examination methods, the type of head injury disease and the diagnostic coincidence rate of different hematoma thicknesses were compared. Results:There were 97 cases of suspected head injury, and 82 cases were finally diagnosed. The specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of head injury were 86.67%,95.12%and 93.81%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of CT 53.33%、85.36%and 80.41%(x2=0.046、0.035、0.005,P<0.05),the coincidence rate of 1.5 mm hematoma was significantly higher than that of CT(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT and MRI can diagnose head injury, but MRI has a higher coincidence rate and can improve the diagnosis rate of microhematoma, which is worthy of clinical application.
