摘要
目的 探讨化学发光免疫检测技术(CLIA)在甲状腺功能疾病(TFD)中的应用价值.方法 选取2020年1月至2022年12月镇江三五九医院收治的100例TFD患者,作为观察组;选取同期100例健康人群,作为对照组.两组均接受CLIA检验,比较两组检验结果.结果 观察组FT4、TG-Ab、FT3、Tpo-Ab、TSH水平均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).FT4、TG-Ab、FT3、Tpo-Ab、TSH联合检查诊断TFD的敏感度为98.00％,特异度为99.00％,准确度为98.50％.结论 对TFD患者实施CLIA检验具有敏感度高、操作简单、准确率高等优势,可为TFD的临床诊断提供科学依据.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)in thyroid dysfunc-tion(TFD).Methods:100 patients with TFD admitted to Zhenjiang 359 Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.100 healthy people in the same period were selected as control group.Both groups received CLIA test,and the test results were compared.Result:The levels of FT4、TG-Ab、FT3、Tpo-Ab and TSH in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of FT4、TG-Ab、FT3、Tpo-Ab and TSH in the diagnosis of TFD were 98.00％,99.00％and 98.50％.Conclusion:CLIA test for TFD patients has the advantages of high sensitivity,sim-ple operation and high accuracy,which can provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis of TFD.
