目的 探讨溯源性信息数据分析法与专家论证法在呼吸机维修后管理中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年5月-2023年6月本院使用的80台呼吸机,将2021年5月-2022年5月应用常规管理模式进行呼吸机维修后管理的40台设为对照组,将2022年6月-2023年6月应用溯源性信息数据分析法与专家论证法进行呼吸机维修后管理的40台设为观察组.对比两组管理效果和医护人员满意度.结果 观察组设备平均维修耗时和月平均维修费用均低于对照组,维修及时率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组设备管理评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组医护人员满意度为96.00%,对照组为76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 溯源性信息数据分析法与专家论证法应用于呼吸机维修后管理不仅可提高维修效率,还可优化设备整体管理流程,提高医护人员满意度.
Study on theApplication of Traceable Information Data Analysis and Expert Argumentative Method in Post-maintenance Management of Ventilator
Objective:To explore the application effect of traceable information data analysis and expert demonstra-tion in post-maintenance management of ventilator.Methods:80 ventilators used in our hospital from May 2021 to June 2023 were selected,and 40 ventilators managed by conventional management mode from May 2021 to May 2022 were set as control group.From June 2022 to June 2023,40 ventilators managed after maintenance by tracea-ble information data analysis and expert demonstration method were set as the observation group,and the manage-ment effect and satisfaction of medical staff in the two groups were compared.Results:The average maintenance time and average monthly maintenance cost of the equipment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the timely maintenance rate was higher than that in the control group,with statistical signifi-cance(P<0.05).The equipment management score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate was 96.00%in the observa-tion group and 76.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traceability information data analysis and expert argumentation in ventilator maintenance man-agement can not only improve maintenance efficiency,but also optimize the overall management process of equip-ment and improve the satisfaction of medical staff.
