联合运动方案对全封闭环境下造血干细胞移植患者体能及生活质量的影响

摘要
目的 探讨联合运动方案对全封闭环境下造血干细胞移植患者体能及生活质量的影响.方法 选择2023年1-6月期间在南方医科大学珠江医院接受全封闭环境下造血干细胞移植患者100例,将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用联合运动方案.对比两组体能、生命质量及肌肉能力.结果 观察组干预后5次起坐试验(FTSST)时间短于对照组,6分钟步行试验(6 MWT)距离长于对照组,P＜0.05.观察组干预后生理、社会、心理、情感评分均高于对照组,P＜0.05.观察组干预后肌肉力量、肌肉耐力评分均高于对照组,P＜0.05.结论 联合运动方案在接受全封闭环境下造血干细胞移植患者中具有良好的应用效果,可改善患者下肢功能与运动耐力,提高患者肌肉能力,提升其生命质量,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of combined exercise program on physical fitness and quality of life of pa-tients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in a closed environment.Methods:100 cases of hematopoi-etic stem cell transplantation in zhujiang hospital of Southern Medical University from January to June,2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given combined exercise program.Physical fitness,quality of life and muscle ability were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the time of FTSST in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the distance of 6-minute walking test(6 MWT)was longer than that in the control group,P＜0.05.The scores of physiology,society,psychology and emo-tion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P＜0.05.The scores of muscle strength and muscle endurance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Combined exercise program has a good application effect in patients receiving hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in a closed environment,which can improve patients'lower limb function and exercise endur-ance,improve patients'muscle ability and improve their quality of life,and is worth popularizing.
