Efficacy of Shakubatroxobin Combined with Freeze-dried Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide in the Treatment of Heart Failure and Its Influence on NT-proBNP
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of shakubatravalsartan combined with freeze-dried recombi-nant human brain natriuretic peptide on heart failure and its influence on NT-proBNP.Methods:150 patients with heart failure admitted to the Department of Cardiology,First People's Hospital of Kunming City,Yunnan Province from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research object,and were divided into two groups according to the time of treatment.The reference group was treated with shakubatravalsartan,and the experimental group was trea-ted with freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on the basis of the reference group.The thera-peutic effect,cardiac function,plasma BNP、NT-proBNP levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the heart rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,and the stroke volume and LVEF were higher than those of the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of plasma BNP and NT-proBNP in the experi-mental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shakubatrivalsartan combined with freeze-dried re-combinant human brain natriuretic peptide can significantly improve the curative effect,reduce the levels of plasma BNP and NT-proBNP,improve patients'cardiac function and reduce adverse reactions.
