摘要
目的 观察中药温肾祛弦颗粒治疗阳虚痰瘀互结型微血管性心绞痛患者的临床疗效.方法 选取2021年1-11月在医院门诊及疗区治疗的阳虚痰瘀互结型微血管性心绞痛患者60例,随机分为治疗组与对照组.治疗组给予温肾祛弦颗粒治疗,对照组给予尼可地尔治疗.对比两组中医证候临床疗效、生活质量、心电图踏车负荷试验疗效.结果 治疗组中医证候治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗组治疗后躯体活动受限程度、心绞痛稳定状态、心绞痛发作情况、治疗满意程度、疾病认知程度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组电图踏车负荷试验总有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 中药温肾祛弦颗粒治疗阳虚痰瘀互结型微血管性心绞痛在改善患者中医证候、生活质量及心脏负荷等方面均具有显著疗效.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenshen Quxian Granule on microvascular angina pectoris with yang deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:60 cases of microvascular angina pectoris with yang defi-ciency and phlegm and blood stasis were selected from January to November,2021,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Wenshen Quxian Granule,while the con-trol group was treated with nicorandil.The clinical efficacy,quality of life,and ECG treadmill load test were com-pared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment in treatment group was high-er than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical activity limitation,stable state of angina pectoris,angina pectoris attack,treatment satisfaction and dis-ease cognition in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical-ly significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treadmill load test between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Wenshen Quxian Granule,a traditional Chinese medicine,has a significant effect on improving TCM syndromes,quality of life and heart load in treating microvascular angina pectoris with yang deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis.
