目的:本文旨在自制筋伤膏对胫腓骨闭合性骨折围手术期患者的疗效观察..方法:选取酒泉市中医医院骨科2016年3月至2022年1月间确诊并收治的胫腓骨闭合性骨折围手术期患者,随机分为治疗实验组和对照组,各50例.将患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用筋伤膏外敷和甘露醇静脉滴注的围手术期治疗.而对照组患者接受常规治疗方法等.结果:治疗实验组术前疼痛评分、术后疼痛评分、随访期间疼痛评分、患肢周长(cm)、皮肤颜色变化、肿胀程度、活动范围、肌力(/Ⅵ 级)、步态、Lequesne 指数(Lequesne's Index of Osteoarthritis,LIOA)、WOMAC 指数(Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index,WOMAC)优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:采用筋伤膏外敷和甘露醇静脉滴注的围手术期治疗对胫腓骨远端闭合性骨折患者具有较好的临床应用效果.这种方法可以有效缓解术前和术后的疼痛,减轻肿胀,促进伤口愈合,改善患肢功能,提高患者的生活质量.
Efficacy of self-made tendon injury ointment in perioperative patients with tibial and fibula closed fracture
Objective:This paper aims to observe the effect of perioperative patients with tibial closed fracture.Methods:The perioperative patients with closed tibia and fibula fracture diagnosed and admitted to the department of Jiuquan Hospi-tal from March 2016 to January 2022 were randomly divided into treatment experimental group and control group,with 50 cases each.The patients were divided into experimental and control groups,and the experimental group were treated in the perioperative period with external application of tendon injury ointment and intravenous infusion of mannitol.And the con-trol group of patients received conventional treatment methods,etc.Results:In the treatment experimental group,preoper-ative pain score,postoperative pain score,pain score during follow-up,circumference of the affected limb(cm),skin color change,degree of swelling,range of motion,muscle strength(/grade),gait,Lequesne index(Lequesne's Index of Osteoarthritis,LIOA),the WOMAC index(Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index,WOM-AC)was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative treatment of tendon ointment and mannitol has good clinical results in patients with distal tibiofibula closed fracture.This method can effectively relieve the preopera-tive and postoperative pain,reduce the swelling,promote the wound healing,improve the function of the affected limb,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
