18F-FDG PET/CT的标准化摄取值在原发性肝癌局部复发诊断中的应用价值分析

目的 探讨18F-FDG PET/CT的标准化摄取值(SUV)在原发性肝癌局部复发诊断中的应用价值分析.方法 回顾性分析2021年3月-2022年4月医院收治的100例疑似原发性肝癌局部复发患者临床资料.患者均进行18F-FDG PET/CT检查,并在检查后1周进行病理检验.分析SUV=2.5为PET定量诊断标准在原发性肝癌局部复发诊断中的应用价值,利用不同PET定量指标鉴别原发性肝癌局部复发与未复发的诊断效能.结果 100例患者中,病理学诊断为非原发性肝癌局部复发25例,原发性肝癌局部复发82例.SUV=2.5作为PET定量诊断截值时,灵敏度为94.67%、特异性度88.00%,约登指数为0.29,Kappa为0.28.结论 18F-FDG PET/CT的SUV=2.5在原发性肝癌局部复发诊断中具有较高的应用价值.
Analysis of theApplication Value of Standardised Uptake Valueof 18F-FDG PET/CT in the Diagnosis of Local Recurrence of Primary Liver Cancer
Objective:To explore the application value of standardized uptake value(SUV)of 18F-FDG PET/CT in the diagnosis of local recurrence of primary liver cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with suspected local recur-rence of primary liver cancer in our hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were examined by 18F-FDG PET/CT,and pathological examination was performed one week after the examination.To analyze the application value of SUV=2.5 as the quantitative diagnostic standard of PET in the diagnosis of local recur-rence of primary liver cancer,and to distinguish the diagnostic efficacy of local recurrence and non-recurrence of primary liver cancer by using different quantitative indexes of PET.Results:Among the 100 patients,25 cases were diagnosed as lo-cal recurrence of non-primary liver cancer and 82 cases as local recurrence of primary liver cancer.When SUV=2.5 is used as the cutoff value for quantitative diagnosis of PET,the sensitivity is 94.67%,the specificity is 88.00%,the Jordan index is 0.29,and Kappa is 0.28.Conclusion:SUV=2.5 of 18F-FDG PET/CT has high application value in the diagnosis of local recurrence of primary liver cancer.
