摘要
本研究深入探讨糖尿病教育中护理人员的角色定位与发展路径.首先分析糖尿病患者教育的当前需求,指出护理人员在疾病知识传递、生活方式指导及患者自我管理教育中的核心作用.接着讨论提高护理人员在这一领域专业技能和知识的重要性及通过系统培训和实际经验来增强其专业能力的途径.最后预测了护理人员在未来糖尿病管理中可能的发展方向,为优化糖尿病患者护理提供了理论依据.
Abstract
This paper deeply discusses the role positioning and development path of nursing staff in diabetes educa-tion.Firstly,the current needs of diabetes patients'education were analyzed,and the key roles of nursing staff in disease knowledge transmission,lifestyle guidance and self-management education were pointed out.The paper then discusses the importance of improving the professional skills and knowledge of nursing staff in this field,as well as ways to enhance their professional competence through systematic training and practical experience.Final-ly,this paper predicts the possible development direction of nursing staff in the future diabetes management,and provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the care of diabetes patients.
