助产士门诊孕期体质量管理对分娩结局的影响

摘要
目的 分析助产士门诊孕期体质量管理(PWM)对分娩结局的影响.方法 选取100例孕妇作为研究对象,均于2020年1月-2022年12月期间在高邮市妇幼保健院妇产科建档分娩.按随机抽签法将孕妇分为对照组与干预组,各50例.对照组实施常规护理管理,干预组实施助产士门诊PWM.比较两组体质指数、分娩方式、不良分娩结局发生率与护理满意度.结果 两组入组时体质指数对比,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);干预组分娩前体质指数小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预组自然分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 将助产士门诊PWM应用于孕妇中的效果显著,可有效控制孕妇体质指数,促进阴道分娩,减少不良分娩结局,提高护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of pregnant weight management(PWM)in midwife clinic on delivery outcome.Methods:100 pregnant women were selected as the research object,and all of them delivered in the obstet-rics and gynecology department of Gaoyou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022.Pregnant women were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing management,and the intervention group implemented PWM in midwife clinic.Body mass index,delivery mode,incidence of adverse delivery outcome and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in body mass index between the two groups(P＞0.05).The body mass index before delivery in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The natural delivery rate in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of PWM in midwives'clinic has a remarkable effect,which can ef-fectively control the body mass index of pregnant women,promote vaginal delivery,reduce adverse delivery out-comes and improve nursing satisfaction.
