团队情景模拟教学法在培养应用型药学人才中的探讨

目的 探讨团队情景模拟教学法在培养应用型药学人才中的效果.方法 选择2018级临床药学本科实习生37人.根据实习病种、教学方式不同分为对照组与研究组.对照组采用查房式教学方法,研究组采用团队情景模拟教学.比较两组教学水平、专业技能及教学满意度.结果 研究组理论知识、实践能力及专科操作评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组分析能力、专业知识能力及护患沟通能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 团队情景模拟教学法在培养应用型药学人才中的效果明显,可增加学生学习兴趣,增强学生运用知识的综合能力,提高教学质量,提升教学满意度.
Discussion onTeam scenario Simulation Teaching Method in Training Applied Pharmaceutical Talents
Objective:To explore the effect of team scenario simulation teaching method in cultivating applied phar-maceutical talents.Methods:Thirty-seven clinical pharmacy interns of grade 2018 were selected and divided into control group and research group according to different internship diseases and teaching methods.The control group adopted the teaching method of rounds,while the research group adopted the teaching method of team sce-nario simulation.The teaching level,professional skills and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical ability and specialized operation in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of a-nalysis ability,professional knowledge ability and nurse-patient communication ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the stud-y group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Team scenario simulation teaching method has obvious effect in cultivating applied pharmaceutical talents,which can increase students'interest in learning,enhance their comprehensive ability to use knowledge,improve teaching quality and enhance teaching satisfaction.
