Study on the practice and effect of PBL teaching method inMedical Laboratory Practice Teaching
Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in medical laboratory internship teaching.Methods:The students who participated in the medical laboratory internship in a certain medical college in 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into experimental group and control group.The experi-mental group was taught by PBL teaching method,while the control group was taught by traditional teaching meth-od.The learning effect of the two groups of students was compared through questionnaire survey and internship performance evaluation.Results:The scores of students'learning interest,learning motivation and learning effect in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of communication and expression,autonomous learning,teamwork,knowledge understand-ing and ability to analyze and solve clinical problems in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group students'experimental operation skills and practice report quality scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL teaching method has good applica-tion effect in medical laboratory internship teaching,which can improve students'learning interest and learning effect,and is worth promoting.
