Effect ofMeticulous Management on Nursing Quality And Operation Efficiency of Patients with Breast Lesions Undergoing Minimally Invasive Rotary Surgery
Objective:To observe and analyze the influence of meticulous management on the nursing quality and op-eration efficiency of patients with breast lesions undergoing minimally invasive rotary surgery.Methods:From Janu-ary 2022 to December 2023,80 patients with breast fibroadenoma were randomly divided into two groups.The con-trol group was given routine management,while the observation group was given fine management.The nursing quality,operation efficiency and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of instrument preparation quality,anesthesia and disinfection quality,aseptic management quality and nursing cooper-ation quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The preoperative preparation time,patient transport time and operation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satis-faction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signif-icant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Fine management is helpful to improve the quality of nursing in operating room for pa-tients with breast lesions undergoing minimally invasive rotary surgery,improve the efficiency of surgery and en-hance nursing satisfaction.
