探索儿童肥胖、性早熟与人体成体分析仪之间的关系:农村/城市视角

目的 探析生活在城市和农村的儿童在肥胖与性早熟方面人体成分的差异.方法 采用整群随机抽样法选取都江堰市城镇及农村的1826名儿童(6-10岁),采用人体成分分析对其进行横断面调查.结果 儿童肥胖患病率为5.86%;在城镇肥胖儿童中,性别为女性(OR:145.175,P=0.002)及性早熟(OR:23.184,P=0.021)是肥胖的危险因素.性早熟患病率为5.2%,性早熟儿童在发育级别、年龄及身高方面在地区上存在差异(P<0.05).结论 与农村相比,城镇而具有更高的肥胖及性早熟患病率.
Exploring theRelationship between Childhood Obesity,Precocious Puberty and the Human Body Analyzer:A rural/Urban Perspective
Objective:To explore the differences of body composition between urban and rural children in obesity and precocious puberty.Methods:1826 children(6-10 years old)from urban and rural areas of Dujiangyan City were selected by cluster random sampling,and a cross-sectional survey was conducted by body composition analysis.Results:The prevalence rate of childhood obesity was 5.86%.Among obese children in cities and towns,female sex(OR:145.175,P=0.002)and precocious puberty(OR:23.184,P=0.021)are risk factors for obesity.The preva-lence rate of precocious puberty was 5.2%,and there were regional differences in the development level,age and height of precocious puberty children(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with rural areas,urban areas have a higher prevalence of obesity and precocious puberty.
