Analysis of theCosmetic Effect and Safety of Modified Lower Chest Wall Opening Drainage and traditional Drainage Method in Small Incision Axillary Osmidrosis Resection surgery
Objective:To Objective to explore and analyze the cosmetic effect and safety of improved low lateral chest wall drainage and traditional drainage in small incision bromhidrosis resection.Methods:100 patients with bilateral osmidrosis who were treated in the Department of Plastic Surgery and Wound Repair of Anqing Municipal Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into two groups, the control group 50 cases, and the traditional drainage method was used in small incision osmidrosis resection; In the observation group50 cases were treated with improved drainage by opening the chest wall in the low position during the small incision bromhidrosis resection. The recovery effect and complications of skin flap after operation were compared between the two groups. Results:Six months after operation, the grade of axillary osmidrosis in both groups decreased significantly, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the postoperative NRS score was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of subcutaneous hematocele, flap blood supply and flap adhesion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Com-pared with the traditional drainage method, the improved low-side chest wall drainage can reduce the grade of bro-mhidrosis,shorten the postoperative wound healing time and reduce complications.
