ClinicalEffect of Intravenous Thrombolysis with Alteplase in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction at Different Time Windows
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction at different time windows.Methods:Eighty-two patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from February 2020 to October 2023 were divided into two groups according to the time win-dow of thrombolysis,41 patients in each group. The observation group received thrombolytic therapy within 3 hours after onset, while the control group received thrombolytic therapy 3-4.5 hours after onset. The thrombolyt-ic effect, neurological function, cognitive function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Re-sults:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of thrombolytic therapy between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 day and 7 days of treatment, the scores of NIHSS and MESSS in both groups decreased, and the scores of NIHSS and MESSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Thrombolytic therapy for patients with acute cerebral infarction within 3 h and 3-4.5 h after onset can achieve good results, and there are few adverse reactions such as bleeding.However,thrombo-lytic therapy at 3 h after onset has a better effect on improving neurological and cognitive functions of patients.
