PredictiveValue of CRP and D-D in Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated by Atrial Fibrillation
Objective:To explore the predictive value of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and D-dimer(D-D)in risk assessment of atrial fibrillation after acute myocardial infarction. Methods:Sixty patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Nantong Ruici Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to whether atrial fibrillation occurred or not, with 30 cases in each group.Serum CRP and D-D levels were compared between the two groups.Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of acute myocardial infarction complicated with atrial fibrillation. Results:The level of D-D in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the level of CRP was significantly higher(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that patients'age,diabetes,D-D and CRP were significantly correlated with acute myocardial infarction complicated with atrial fibrillation(P<0.05).In addition, these two indexes are positively correlated with the left atrium before and after, which has diagnostic value for predicting atrial fibrillation in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Conclusion:Serum CRP and D-D have certain clinical value in evalua-ting the risk of acute myocardial infarction complicated with atrial fibrillation, which is helpful to evaluate the se-verity of patients'condition.
