CorrelationAnalysis between Thromboelastogram And Conventional Coagulation Test Indexes to Evaluate Coagulation Status in Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To explore and analyze the value of thromboelastography and routine coagulation test in evalu-ating coagulation state in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:100 patients with cerebral infarction treated in Nanjing Liuhe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the observation group.100 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. Both groups were given thromboelastogram and routine coagulation test to compare the diagnostic efficacy. Results:Compared with the control group, fibrinogen, thrombin time(negatively correlated with K,positively correlated with MA and Angle),MA and Angle in the observation group were higher, while K and R were lower,P<0.001;Compared with the acti-vated partial thrombin time, the prothrombin time was,P>0.05,but it was positively correlated with R and nega-tively correlated with MA and Angle. Conclusion:Thromboelastography combined with routine coagulation test can improve the diagnostic efficiency of cerebral infarction and fully reflect its coagulation state, thus providing an im-portant basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
